The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Association of Compulsive E-Learning (A.C.E.L.). This MOU establishes a reciprocal recognition and strategic alliance between the two organizations, aiming to foster collaboration and promote the advancement of digital learning and the transformation of education.
The Association of Compulsive E-Learning (A.C.E.L.) is a nationally registered Non-Governmental Organization dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge approaches for a better understanding of students' learning processes and the transformation of education through digital learning from primary school to higher secondary school. A.C.E.L. designs and develops new tools and resources to enhance digital learning opportunities.
In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, the use of digital media is transforming teaching and learning processes. Digital classrooms provide unlimited scope for introducing innovative teaching strategies and utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools to promote innovative education. Learning management systems (LMS) play a crucial role in teaching, learning, educational administration, testing, and evaluation, while ICT tools foster technological innovation and advances in learning and knowledge management.
Recognizing the existing barriers to integrating technology within the government education system, the Association of Compulsive E-Learning (A.C.E.L.) spearheads initiatives that capitalize on modern digital tools, smart classrooms, and teacher training to enhance children's participation in the education process and improve learning outcomes. With projects running in 1600 schools impacting more than 3 lakh students, A.C.E.L. aims to significantly impact the quality of education in India at scale by leveraging the power of digital technology.
The collaboration between QAHE and A.C.E.L. aims to strengthen the digital learning ecosystem and promote data-driven decision-making in the government/public sector education system. The partnership will support the creation of a sustainable culture of data-driven decision-making, enabling effective needs assessment and resource optimization. By unlocking the value of data in the government/public sector education system, this collaboration will contribute to the ongoing transformation of education.
QAHE is excited about the opportunities that this reciprocal recognition and strategic alliance with A.C.E.L. will bring to the field of quality assurance in pre-tertiary and higher education. By joining forces, the two organizations will work towards the advancement of digital learning, the improvement of educational outcomes, and the promotion of innovative teaching practices.
