At QAHE, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of external quality assurance in the education sector. Our accreditation processes are carried out by a dedicated team of honorary members known as auditors. These auditors, who are appointed on a case-by-case basis, play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and credibility of our assessment procedures.

Our auditors are selected from a pool of assessors within QAHE, taking into consideration their professional expertise and experience. We also encourage the participation of international peers to bring a global perspective to our accreditation processes. It is important to note that the selection process for external experts may vary slightly depending on whether it is for programme, module, institutional accreditation/certification, or quality management system evaluation.

To maintain impartiality and objectivity, we have strict criteria in place. External experts with any affiliation to the institution being assessed are excluded from participating in the assessment proceedings. Similarly, representatives from other higher education institutions in the same region and students from rival organizations are also excluded. This ensures that our accreditation processes are fair, unbiased, and free from any potential conflicts of interest.

To ensure a continuous supply of qualified experts for our quality assurance activities, we are always seeking new volunteers to join our team. Dr. Mpumelelo Alfred Mzizi is a highly qualified individual with a strong academic background, including degrees in Sports Management and a PhD in Strategic Leadership Management. He has extensive experience in sports coaching, development, and business management. Currently, he holds the title of Provincial Pastor and serves as an Apostle overseeing multiple church branches. Dr. Mzizi's expertise and experience make him a strong candidate for the position of QAHE QA Auditor.
With extensive experience as a researcher and consultant in anti-money laundering, counter-fraud, and anti-corruption strategies, he is well-suited to serve as an Honorary QA Auditor. Prof. Esoimeme has authored influential publications on financial crime compliance and holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in International Public Law. His expertise, professional affiliations, and awards make him a valuable asset in ensuring quality assurance in the field of financial crimes.
Dr. Dinesh Shukla is the founding President of AIUWA in Gambia and currently serves as the Executive Chancellor. He was nominated as the first member of the Board of Directors for the National Accreditation and Quality Assurance Authority (NAQAA) when it was established by an act of parliament in 2015. Dr. Shukla has extensive experience in healthcare administration, having served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director for Little York Hospital in Houston, Texas. Additionally, he held the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors for Central Medical International Hospital in Conakry, Guinea, for a period of six years.

With a wealth of experience in service sector development, branding, and service quality enhancement, Professor Aziz has made significant contributions to renowned institutions such as Green University of Bangladesh, University of Asia Pacific, and BRAC University. He holds a Ph.D. in Retail Marketing from UUM, Malaysia, and has published numerous articles in international peer-reviewed journals. His expertise in relationship marketing, brand management, and service sector management makes him a valuable addition to the QAHE team.
Dr. Festus C. Daniel is a dedicated and visionary global executive with a strong track record of driving organizational growth. With a Master's degree in International Business and Business Administration (MBA) and extensive international experience, he excels in strategic planning, cross-border operations, and fostering innovation. Dr. Daniel is the Group CEO of ETPM Group, focusing on human capital development, and the Founder and CEO of the Occupational Safety and Health Research Institute (OSHRI). He was also the President of the National Industrial Safety Council of Nigeria (NISCN). Known for his leadership, strategic foresight, and results-driven approach, Dr. Daniel brings expertise in diverse industries and a commitment to excellence.
