QAHE Appoints Renowned Educator Catherine Talao-Sigua as Honorary QA Auditor

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Catherine Talao-Sigua as an Honorary QA Auditor for the organization.

Dr. Talao-Sigua brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of education and quality assurance. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Management, a Master's degree in Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education.

In addition to her academic credentials, Dr. Talao-Sigua has an impressive career history. She has served as an Assistant Professor, Quality Assurance Director, General Education Program Coordinator, and NSTP Director at the City College of San Fernando Pampanga. Prior to that, she was a School Principal at Bloomingfields Academy Foundation Inc.

Furthermore, Dr. Talao-Sigua is an experienced ISO 9001:2015 Certifier and Auditor, having conducted audits for various government agencies and educational institutions, including the Department of Labor and Employment, the Department of Agrarian Reform, and several Schools Division Offices.

As an Honorary QA Auditor, Dr. Talao-Sigua will provide valuable insights and expertise to QAHE's quality assurance efforts. Her extensive knowledge of educational management, curriculum design, and quality systems will be an asset to the organization as it continues to enhance the quality of Pre-tertiary and higher education.
