Ip's diverse academic and professional background has uniquely positioned him to excel in this role. He holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on HRM and Organizational Psychology, as well as several other impressive credentials, including:

Leveraging this extensive knowledge and experience, Ip has founded the Youth Pastoral Career Planning Center and Youth Pastoral Psychotherapy Centre. These organizations provide life planning courses, psychology and personality certification programs, as well as coaching and counseling services. Since 2024, Ip has trained over 3,000 individuals through various external partnerships and collaborations.
