His academic journey began at The Institute of Foreign Languages in Samarkand, where he specialized in English philology, earning his degree from 1992 to 1997. His pursuit of knowledge led him to Hoseo University in the Republic of Korea, where he completed a Master’s program in Public Administration from 1998 to 2000. He later returned to Uzbekistan to further his studies, completing a post-graduate program at The Institute of Foreign Languages.

He also served as the Rector of the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages from 2014 to 2016 and held various positions, including Vice Rector and Chair of the Translation Theory and Practice Department.
