  • Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA)
    The Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA) is an international non-profit independent association established in Belgium in July 2007 with the fundamental objective of raising the quality of education in the Arab world. To this end, AROQA will: Establish links and work closely with international accreditation bodies to facilitate standard setting, benchmarking and the dissemination of good practice across the Arab world and internationally Coordinate with local Arab accreditation agencies concerning accreditation standards The Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA) is a regional organization founded by Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh with the aim of raising the level of education in the Arab world. AROQA works with educational institutions, governments, and stakeholders to develop and implement quality standards, provide accreditation services, and build capacity in quality assurance.

    AROQA offers numerous training opportunities in the field of Quality of Education, delivered by educators and world experts in the field. We organize training seminars and workshops that focus on specific training needs. Our events were carefully selected to address high-demand training needs, such as accreditation, building quality assurance systems, enhancing faculty effectiveness, assessment and education management, among others.

  • Sapattuu Bilim" Agency for Accreditation of Educational Organizations and Programs, Kyrgyz Republic
    As a member of the Eurasian Association for Quality Assessment in Education (EAOKO), "Sapattuu Bilim" has demonstrated its commitment to upholding rigorous quality standards in education. Additionally, their full membership in the International Network of Agencies for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and the Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN) further attests to their dedication to international best practices. In recognition of their expertise, the Agency has received License No. LS200000806 from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, authorizing them to conduct advanced training courses for teaching staff in two programs: "Pedagogy and Psychology in the Educational Process" and "Education Quality Management System." Furthermore, "Sapattuu Bilim" has established collaborations with esteemed institutions such as the Russian agency AKKORK, with whom they have signed an agreement to conduct International and Professional-Public Accreditations. This partnership enhances their capacity to provide comprehensive accreditation services. In September 2022, the Agency underwent an external assessment by the European agency ASIIN to ensure compliance with the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) for quality assurance in higher education. This evaluation further demonstrates their commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to international quality standards.
  • National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC), the Republic of Moldova
    ANACEC, formerly known as the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Professional Education (ANACIP), was established by Government Decision no. 652/2014. Undergoing a reform in 2017, ANACIP was officially renamed the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research (ANACEC) through Government Decision no. 201/2018. As a legal public body, ANACEC holds the responsibility of ensuring quality assurance in the field of education and research within the Republic of Moldova. The agency collaborates with central and local public authorities, as well as international bodies, further cementing its commitment to excellence.

    ANACEC's affiliation with the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) further demonstrates their dedication to upholding rigorous quality standards. Additionally, ANACEC has engaged in strategic partnerships with other reputable quality assurance bodies, such as the Eurasian Centre for Accreditation and Quality Assurance in Education and Healthcare (ECAQA) of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


  • Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs and Organizations, Kyrgyz Republic (AAEPO)
    The non-governmental institution “Agency for Accreditation of Educational Programs and Organizations” is a non-profit organization with the status of a legal entity established to increase the competitiveness of vocational education of the Kyrgyz Republic through accreditation. Furthermore, AAEPO is a Full Member of The International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and The Asia-Pacific Higher Education Quality Assurance Network (APQN). INQAAHE is a worldwide Association of about 300 organizations dedicated to the theory and practice of quality assurance in higher education while APQN has 222 members from 41 countries and territories and is becoming the largest and most influential international higher education organization in the region. The purpose of the Agency is to conduct institutional and program accreditation of educational organizations, the development of methodology, technologies, standards and criteria for the accreditation of educational programs and vocational education organizations. Accreditation is aimed at improving the quality of educational programs and the effectiveness of educational institutions.

  • The Agency for Quality Assurance in Education “EdNet”, Kyrgyz Republic
    EdNet Agency is the first independent accreditation agency in the Kyrgyz Republic, which was established and registered in 2012 in the Ministry of justice, and later on in 2016 was acknowledged by the Ministry of education and science of the Kyrgyz Republic as an eligible accreditation agency, that is allowed to conduct program and institutional accreditations in the Kyrgyz Republic, and was included in the National register of accreditation agencies of the Ministry of education and science. Since 2016 the Agency has become a full member of INQAAHE. When being established in 2012 the agency defined its foremost goal as quality assurance and promotion of culture through independent accreditation of educational programs and institutions, and thus contributed to development of educational system of Kyrgyzstan, by participation in development of legislative framework for independent accreditation that has been taking place during 2012-2016 years. Thus, the agency was part of the national team that elaborated governmental regulations on procedures and criteria for program and institutional accreditation of professional education that were approved in 2016 – the year when independent accreditation process was launched in Kyrgyzstan. EdNet Agency was established as a result of Central Asia Network for Quality Assurance – CANQA project, which was aimed at development and implementation of quality assurance systems and quality culture in higher education in Central Asia. As such, preparations for establishment of the agency has started in 2009 and last for the next 3 years – such approach ensured that staff of the agency was fully trained (by the experts from EU accreditation agencies – NVAO, ACSUG) and was prepared for running the agency on with a highly professional manner and knowledge in accreditation. Within CANQA the EdNet Association, the founder of EdNet Agency, initiated a bill on the introduction of an independent accreditation system in Kyrgyzstan, which was adopted in 2013, and the system of accreditation has been officially launched in 2016. The EdNet agency considers the independent accreditation procedure as one of the main mechanisms contributing to the qualitative development of the higher education system of the Kyrgyz Republic, increasing the competitiveness of universities both inside and outside the country, increasing public confidence in the learning outcomes achieved by universities, as well as the development of human potential in the field of quality culture and new approaches to assessing the quality of education. The Agency is responsible for reviews at institutional and programme level of post-secondary education institutions.   • Council on International Higher Education Supervision (CONIES), Austria
    QAHE is an Institutional Membership of Council on International Higher Education Supervision (CONIES). Institutional Members are Quality Assurance Agencies, Accreditation Agencies, Professional Guilds and Bodies, Certification Agencies, Non-Profit Organisations and Non-Governmental Organisations. A Membership Certificate (Certificate no.: CONIES-BOA-MEM-QAHE-22022023) from CONIES Board of Accreditation has been awarded accordingly. CONIES-ICHE Board of Accreditation is recognized by the founding member universities of CONIES Confederación Internacional de Educación Súperior, accredited by BQS Board of Quality Standards (INQAAHE member) as Management System Certification Body (ISO 17021). CONIES is a member of INQAAHE and APQN. The Board is acting in full independence from the founding member universities and the autonomy is reflected in the development of its assessment functions.   • Independent Accreditation Agency “BILIM-Standard”
    The Independent Accreditation Agency 'BILIM-Standard' is recognized by the National Accreditation Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic as an accreditation agency (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic 793/2 dated June 16, 2018), and operates at the international level and is a full member of the Asia-Pacific Quality Assurance Network (APQN), the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE) and the Eurasian Association for Educational Quality Assessment.   • Higher Education Council (HEC)
    HEC is an an independent higher educational, academic body was established in northern Syria in 2016 with the aim of licensing and accrediting universities, institutes, and higher education institutions in Syria and around the world. HEC is also the full member of Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN).
  • Independent national accreditation agency “Elbaasy", Kyrgyz Republic
    The Accreditation Agency “Elbaasy” was established on April 29, 2014, and since April 2017, it has been conducting independent accreditation of educational organizations and educational programs in the Kyrgyz Republic. It was founded by Babakulov Manasbek and Sopuev Adakhimzhan, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, as a private, non-profit organization, and also accredited by Central and Eastern European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (CEENQA).
  • The Independent Institute for Accreditation, Rating, and Certification (IARC/NIARS)
    Independent Accreditation and Rating Agency, Kyrgyz Republic (IARC/NIARS) obtained a license from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic for educational programs in "Expert in the field of education," "IT," and "I&C" in 2021. The Institute has also fostered collaborations within the country, including a memorandum of cooperation and interaction with the Agency for Education Quality Control and Career Development in March 2022. On July 4, 2023, NIARS PF became a full member of the International Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE). INQAAHE is a global association comprising over 300 organizations actively engaged in the theory and practice of quality assurance in higher education.

  • National Human Rights and Humanitarian Federation (NHRF)
    The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Human Rights and Humanitarian Federation (NHRF), effective November 22, 2024. This partnership aims to enhance collaboration on educational initiatives and research projects that promote quality assurance and human rights advocacy. Both organizations will engage in joint activities, share promotional efforts, and maintain their distinct identities while fostering an environment for educational and humanitarian excellence. The MOU will last for five years, with provisions for termination and confidentiality.
