Dr. Gabriel Lopes is a distinguished academic and leader, known for his extensive contributions to the fields of education, psychology, and law. He holds a PhD in Education from the European International University in France, which has been revalidated by the Federal University of Alagoas in Brazil. Additionally, he earned a Doctorate in Psychology from the same institution, along with a PhD in Education from Sastra Angkor University in Phnom Penh. His academic journey is complemented by a Master's degree in Administration from City University, Phnom Penh, and another Master's in Education from the Central Christian University and California University, Los Angeles.

In addition to his doctoral achievements, Dr. Lopes possesses multiple bachelor's degrees in Administration, Law, and Theology, as well as a Technologist degree in Human Resource Management. His impressive educational background is further enriched by specializations in areas such as Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Clinical Psychoanalysis, Educational Psychoanalysis, and Clinical Neuroscience. Dr. Lopes also holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management, showcasing his multifaceted expertise.

Dr. Lopes currently serves as the Director of International Relations and Coordinator of Graduate Programs at the Faculdade de Ciências Médicas e Jurídicas (FACMED/FABIC) in Brazil. He has been actively involved in various academic and research initiatives, including his role as a member of the East West Bridge Commission, which focuses on business, scientific, and social research. Moreover, he is a founding member and president of Logos University International, where he continues to influence higher education on a global scale.
