Course Duration: 10 hours
Course Objective
This course has been designed to provide participants with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) that combines ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). By the end of the course, participants will be able to streamline processes and optimize resources while aligning the IMS with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge in quality management systems is recommended to facilitate the learning process
Course Format
The course is divided into seven (7) chapters. Each chapter begins with oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies. At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
