Course Duration: 35 hours
Course Objective
This course has been developed to provide leadership and in-depth knowledge of FSSC 22000 version 6. It will explain what each clause requires and provide participants with methods and tools needed for effective implementation. At the end of the course, participants will develop confidence to lead an FSSC 22000 implementation project and will be able to support an organization in establishing, implementing, managing, maintaining and continually improving a Food Safety Management System based on FSSC 22000 version 6.
Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of ISO management system standards and good knowledge in food safety are recommended to facilitate the learning process
Course Format
The course is divided into nine (9) chapters. Each chapter begins with oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies. At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
