Course Duration: 10 hours
Course Objective
This course is designed to equip participants with advanced food safety knowledge and skills, preparing them for supervisory roles in the food industry, catering, or any organization within the food chain. It aims to certify participants as food safety inspectors, providing them with up-to-date information on food regulations, food hazards, and standards. Participants will gain access to essential tools for conducting audits and inspections, learn about prerequisite programs, and deepen their understanding of key food safety concepts.
Prerequisites
Food safety knowledge and/or experience.
Course Format
The course is divided into thirteen (13) chapters. Each chapter begins with oral presentation depicting the theoretical notions followed by group or individual practical work or case studies.
At the end of training, a final exam will take place in order to provide the participant with a certificate of achievement.
