Accreditation Fees:

Initial Accreditation

  • Application Fee: Waived
  • Accreditation Fee with digital accreditation documents: $660 + 5% (subject to annual review for adjustment; increases may incur based on operational costs and inflation)

Renewal of Accreditation

  • Renewal Fee: $660 + 5% (subject to annual review for adjustment; increases may incur based on operational costs and inflation)
  • Late Renewal Fee: $100 (if renewal application is submitted after the expiration date)

Programmatic Accreditation:

Application Fee

  • Application Fee: Waived

Accreditation Fee

  • Option 1: Accredit a single program with QAHE at a rate of US$220 per program per year. This option allows you to demonstrate the quality and credibility of individual programs within your institution while maintaining affordability.

Option 2: For institutions seeking to accredit multiple programs, QAHE offers a bundled discount. Accredit two programs with QAHE for a total of US$385 per year. This option allows you to enjoy savings while ensuring the quality assurance of multiple programs

Membership Fees:

Institutional Membership

  • Annual Membership Fee: $500 + 5% (subject to annual review for adjustment; increases may incur based on operational costs and inflation)
  • Membership Renewal Fee: $500 + 5%(subject to annual review for adjustment; increases may incur based on operational costs and inflation)

Individual Membership

  • Annual Membership Fee: $200+5% (subject to annual review for adjustment; increases may incur based on operational costs and inflation)

Course by Course Evaluation Report (Offered by Documents Evaluation)

Payment Information:

All fees are to be paid in USD. Payments can be made via online payment platforms such as PayPal or Stripe.

Refund Policy:

Please note that application fees are non-refundable.
