Currently serving as the Principal of José Martí Technical High School, Dr. Wright has demonstrated exceptional skill in integrating the school's administrative affairs, ensuring adherence to educational standards, and enhancing teaching practices to optimize learning outcomes. His commitment to excellence and innovation has yielded successful initiatives, including the certification of HEART Trust teachers and the accreditation of technical and vocational programs through NCTVET.

During his tenure as Principal of Constant Spring Primary and Junior High, Dr. Wright oversaw the school's administrative activities, budgeting process, and curriculum development. His notable accomplishments include securing funding for infrastructure development, addressing safety concerns through the construction of secured walkways and perimeter fencing, and enhancing the overall learning environment.

Dr. Wright's contributions extend beyond individual institutions. As an Education Officer at the Ministry of Education, he played a pivotal role in training new principals, coordinating community relations, and ensuring the delivery of quality education in primary schools.
