Additionally, he demonstrates exceptional leadership as the chair of the International Theme Committee at prominent management associations, including the Australia and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), the Asian Academy of Management, and the Oceania Comparative and International Education Societies (OCIES).

Dr. Pimpa's dedication to championing social justice and sustainability is exemplary. He played a pivotal role in advancing LGBTIQ+ workplace rights in Thailand during his tenure on the National Gender Equality Committee at the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security from 2018 to 2022.
