Dr.(Hon).Thilliar Varnakulasingham

Born on June 14, 1939 in Sri Lanka, Dr.(Hon).Thilliar Varnakulasingham [B.Sc., F.C.E., F.R.S.A., M.C.I.L., F.R.I.P.H., A.C.P.] has dedicated his life to the pursuit of knowledge and the advancement of education. After completing his primary and secondary education at Union College in Tellippallai, Sri Lanka, Dr. Varnakulasingam continued his studies, earning his B.Sc. degree from Dr. Alagappa College in Karaikudi, India in 1963. Over the following decades, he engaged in extensive distance learning programs with a diverse array of prestigious institutions, including Massey University, Curtin University, Auckland University of Technology, the Open University of Britain, and many others.
