Promoting QAHE in Europe: Advancing Quality Assurance in Education
ANACEC’s affiliation with the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) reflects its commitment to maintaining high quality standards. This collaboration aims to promote international accreditation and facilitate reciprocal recognition between institutions in both regions. HEC, established in 2016, is dedicated to licensing and accrediting higher education institutions in Syria and is a full member of the Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN). This partnership not only strengthens QAHE's presence in the Middle East but also enhances the overall quality of higher education in the region.
Moreover, QAHE has established a strategic partnership with the Technology and Human Association (TEKINDER) in Turkey. Founded in 2020, TEKINDER focuses on advancing research and regulation in technology and engineering fields. By aligning with TEKINDER, QAHE is broadening its reach and impact within the European education landscape.
The organization has also been recognized with a Membership Certificate from the CONIES Board of Accreditation, which is affiliated with the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE). This recognition underscores QAHE’s commitment to upholding high standards and maintaining transparency and credibility in its operations.
Furthermore, QAHE collaborates with the Directorate for Research, Planning, and Funding (DRPF), an intergovernmental organization founded in 2016.
