Appointment of Prof. Dr Nguyen The Vinh as our Honorary Vice President

  The Board are delighted to announce the appointment of Prof. Dr Nguyen The Vinh as Honorary Vice President of International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education (QAHE). Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Vinh is Vice Chairman of the Council of Science and Training and Board of Regents’ Member of University of Finance and Accountancy under Ministry of Finance, the Dean of HR faculty, Dong A University (Vietnam), a Professor at the Paris University of International Education, Adjunct Professor for the European International University (France),  Malaysia University of Science and Technology’s postgraduate Co-Supervisor (Malaysia), Mentor/Expert of Asian Institute of Technology (Thailand), and often as an adjunct faculty for various local universities etc. Additionally, he was the Reviewer for the Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences, as well as in Evidence-based HRM, Emerald Publishing Ltd (UK), Reviewer of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs’ research, and Reviewer of Ministry of Education and Training’s research (Vietnam), etc.   As a recognized Partner on Human Resources (HR), Leadership, and Education in Vietnam, Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Vinh has worked for renowned corporations, universities, social & professional organizations, both locally and internationally. He is the Chair and the lead expert in shaping the first Vietnam National HRM Standards (TCVN 12288:2018 and TCVN 30401:2020).   In addition, he is the Group Director of Human Resources of BB Group cum Chairman of Trade Union and the Deputy Chairman of GBI International Education and Training Group. Before he worked as CEO, BRG Talent JSC (BRG Group and SeABank ecosystem), Deputy CEO of HR cum Training Director/QMR of M-Talent JSC (TNG Group Holdings and Maritime Bank ecosystem), Deputy CEO of HR cum QMR of Ecopark Group, Deputy CEO of HR and Administration cum QMR/EMR of Viet A Group Holdings, HR Director of Formostar Garment etc.   Further, he is Chair of the National Technical Committee on HR Standards of STAMEQ, the Vietnam representative in the HR Technical Committee 260 on establishing global HR Standards of International Standardization Organization (ISO), Geneva, and Regional Director (Southeast Asia) of International Association of Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE). Moreover, he was the elected delegate of Hanoi City People’s Council, executive member of the Global Studies Committee on HR of the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA), Board Member/Head of HRM Accreditation Section of Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resource Management (APFHRM), the Advisor/Vice President of Human Resource Association (HRA, Vietnam), and the Humanitarian Affairs Peace Ambassador.   Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Vinh is a lifetime National HR Expert of STAMEQ. He was awarded the Certificate of Merit on five years of individual excellent service contribution from the Hanoi City People's Committee (2016-2021), the Excellent Knowledge Citizen Award for the social and economic development of Central Science Association of HR & Talent Development (2017), and listed at the International Who’s Who as a Professional Member since 2008 etc.   Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Vinh holds a doctorate (Business Administration) from the Southern Luzon State University, Philippines, doctorate (Human Resource) from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand, and doctorate (Education) from European International University, France.
