Accreditation of The International University of Science and Renaissance (IUSR) by QAHE

We are excited to announce that the Quality Assurance in Higher Education (QAHE) has officially accredited The International University of Science and Renaissance (IUSR). This accreditation recognizes IUSR's commitment to providing high-quality education and upholding rigorous standards in the field of pre-tertiary and higher education.

The International University of Science and Renaissance (IUSR) is a private, non-profit educational institution offering integrated education through direct and online learning. Since its establishment in March 2017 and registration in the state of Texas, USA, IUSR has demonstrated a strong dedication to providing educational opportunities.

IUSR has been granted the authority to operate in northern Syria, particularly in Azaz city, by the interim Syrian government since April 17, 2017. This recognition as the first private university licensed in northern Syria reflects IUSR's pioneering role in expanding educational access in the region.

The accreditation process involved a thorough evaluation of IUSR's academic offerings, educational environment, and commitment to quality standards. Based on this evaluation, the QAHE has determined that IUSR meets the criteria for accreditation, placing it among the ranks of esteemed educational institutions.

With this accreditation, The International University of Science and Renaissance (IUSR)joins the community of recognized institutions dedicated to providing excellence in education. The accreditation serves as a testament to IUSR's commitment to maintaining high standards and ensuring the quality of its programs.

Furthermore, IUSR's international recognition is evident in its impressive ranking according to the 2023 Webometrics.info world university ranking. It holds a prominent position, ranking first among the 13 universities in liberated northern Syria, 28 out of 43 universities in Syria, and an impressive 9,952 out of 31,277 universities globally.
